We include a complimentary waiting period at no extra charge. After this period, additional waiting charges may apply or the booking may be treated as a no-show.

What if I will be late?
If you know you will be delayed beyond the waiting period, call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
If the driver cannot locate you and you don't respond to calls or messages within the waiting period, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
