We deliver the vehicle directly to your hotel on the agreed start date and collect it when the rental ends. There is no need to visit an office or a pick-up location.
Delivery
- Delivery time is agreed with you in the confirmation message
- Our representative will inspect the vehicle with you and complete the handover form
- You will sign the rental agreement and pay at this point
- You will receive the keys and a copy of the rental agreement
Collection
- We collect the car from your hotel at the agreed return time
- The vehicle will be inspected together with you
- Any discrepancies from the handover form will be noted
- Ensure the fuel level matches the delivery level
Take photos of the vehicle at both delivery and collection as a personal record of its condition.
