If your actual luggage exceeds what you declared at booking, the driver will assess the situation on arrival. There are two possible outcomes:
- Vehicle upgrade: if a larger vehicle is available, we will arrange an upgrade and charge the difference.
- Second vehicle: if a single larger vehicle is not sufficient, a second vehicle may be dispatched at additional cost.
To avoid delays and extra charges, always declare the correct number and type of bags when booking.
