After a successful transfer booking or exclusive excursion payment, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your booking reference, service details, and pick-up instructions
- An optional WhatsApp message with the same information
- A fiscal receipt attached to the email
Excursion and car rental requests
For request-based excursions and car rental, you will receive an acknowledgement immediately. Confirmation (or an alternative) will follow within 2 hours during working hours once we have checked availability.
I didn't receive a confirmation email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm the email address you entered at booking
- Contact us at info@minoaroutes.gr with your name and the approximate booking date
