- 3Review the price, luggage limits, and transfer details.
- 4Enter your contact details: full name, email, phone number. If your pick-up is from the airport, add your flight number.
- 5Proceed to secure payment via Viva.com.
- 6Receive your booking confirmation by email and, optionally, via WhatsApp.
Booking hours
Transfers can be booked 24 hours a day. However, transfers can only be scheduled between 10:00 and 21:00 (Athens time). Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance during this window.
Example: If it is 10:45, the earliest you can book a transfer is for 12:45 the same day.

- Pick-up and destination both within the Heraklion region
- Heraklion to any other region of Crete (Chania, Rethymno, Lasithi), and vice versa
