My flight is delayed — what happens?

How we handle flight delays and what you need to do.

If you provided your correct flight number at booking, our driver monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pick-up time — you don't need to contact us.

Always enter your flight number when booking an airport transfer. Without it, we cannot track delays.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled and you no longer need the transfer, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled transfer time qualify for a full refund.

Very long delays

For extreme delays (4+ hours), please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp so we can coordinate the driver schedule. We will always try to accommodate you.
