What counts as a no-show?

  • Not appearing at the agreed pick-up point and time
  • Being unreachable by phone at the time of pick-up
  • Arriving after the complimentary waiting period has elapsed
  • Failing to present required travel documents

How to cancel

Email info@minoaroutes.gr with your booking reference number. The cancellation time is the moment we receive your message.

If you cancel by phone or WhatsApp only, we recommend following up with an email to ensure a written record.

Force majeure

If we cancel your service due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, port authority restrictions, natural disaster, etc.), you will receive a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost.
