Yes, modifications are possible subject to availability and confirmation by us. All changes must be requested in writing.
How to request a modification
Email info@minoaroutes.gr with your booking reference and the details you wish to change (date, time, vehicle, number of passengers, pick-up point). We will confirm whether the change is possible and whether a price difference applies.
A modification is only effective once confirmed in writing by Minoa Routes. Unconfirmed change requests will not be acted upon.
What can be changed?
- Date and time (subject to availability)
- Vehicle type (price difference may apply)
- Number of passengers or luggage
- Pick-up or destination (price recalculation may apply)
- Special requests (child seat, flight number, etc.)
