Is my card information safe?
We never store your card details. All card data is handled entirely by Viva.com under PCI-DSS compliance. Your payment is encrypted end-to-end.
Car rental payments
Car rental requests do not require online payment. Payment is collected in person upon delivery of the vehicle to your hotel. A valid credit or debit card is required at handover for the security deposit.
